Sunup sundown time does not use user profile settings

Describe the bug
While travelling in another timezone as my HA server, the sunset and sunup times show my current timezone. As the weather card is linked to the location of my HA server, I would expect it to take the server timezone as setup in my profile settings

3. Scroll down to '....'
