Enable tagging / naming of pipeline run

Would be nice if you could attach a name or a tag to a pipeline run which you could then use in the data explorer to find certain runs.

When you do a parameter search on your RAG pipeline you may want to explore the data and compare between different runs and link index & eval pipelines. Now it is hard to find which pipeline run is which as you only have the order and the datetime to find which is which. It would be nice to be able to tag each run with the name you use to designate it in python, e.g. Run1 to then more easily compare.
