Upgrade to RN Paper v5 #16

At time of writing RN Paper v5 is 4 month old and should become more stable. To stay future-proof, consider an upgrade some time.

Fixed in #18.

Once that's done, should create a follow up to migrate to Material Design 3 - which seems to be the recommended way of using RN paper 5
