I have used the "advanced ip scanner" to scan my network and the searched for "sungrow". That worked for me, but I am stuck with the yaml file (see deparate discussion). |

Hello again, i have tried this LAN port but i cant get it to show ip or mac adress, i have tried to restart the inverter but still cant get an IP. /Micke |

What kind of router do you use? Open router configuration and take a look to the list of connected clients. Maybe you could find it there. |

Hello, nice work with the homeassistant integration. I have been trying to find something like this to get the sungrow into homeassistant.
But how to get the IP of the device ? i have the WINet communcation module and this was setup by the company wich has sold me the stuff. But if i understand you, LAN is better and i have connected this port, and i seems to work, i get link on my switch.
Then what to do ?
