Duplicated yaml for two Sungrow inverters

I have two SH10RT-V112 running. To be able to keep up with upstream changes without much hassle, I did not want to alter the original modbus_sungrow.yaml. Therefore I duplicated the current version and added a "2" suffix to every name and unique ID. The details of the second inverter are also to be specified in the secrets file (see my repo).

My master inverter's entitiy names are like total_pv_generation while my my slave's values are like total_pv_generation_2.

Even though I tried hard, I cannot rule out the possibility that I missed something.

Exactly this config is running in my HA for a few hours, now, and so far it looks pretty good.

I was able to add the second inverter to my energy dashboard and I added a few values to the default visualizations which worked quite well.

Perhaps this is of use for any of you. Tell me, if you find a mistake. I would be happy to fix it.

How does the energy-dashboard and the calculations work with two yaml files? Are the values added up per default? Is it necessary to define template Sensors which add up the values? I will try to add my second SH10RT next week and I am thinking about how to do it

Currently, the values for _2 are completely independent. In the system's energy dashboard, I added _2 as a separate source.

I did not have the time, yet, but I think that I will end up creating a few template sensors for the custom dashboards. I just wanted to share my work at this early stage.

I am just thinking about if we should not raise a feature request that gives us the ability to add more than one inverter in the config in a way that the whole integration will sum up all the values.

Works great on two SH10RT and two barreties srb128 and SRB096.
