Export SIP Contacts as base directory

For the purposes of buddy watch and speed dial for other extensions, we need to add a feature that will export the first, last, contact, watch, and label for an initial directory for buddy watch. It will need to automatically add in the mac address of the phone as the excluded, because you don't need to bw yourself.
