File is not generated automatically.
Option exists in project.pbxproj:

ag SWIFT_OBJC_INTERFACE_HEADER_NAME

1349:				SWIFT_OBJC_INTERFACE_HEADER_NAME = "unityswift-Swift.h";
1393:				SWIFT_OBJC_INTERFACE_HEADER_NAME = "unityswift-Swift.h";
1560:				SWIFT_OBJC_INTERFACE_HEADER_NAME = "unityswift-Swift.h";
