Document tagging in the variables dropdown menu

Would be nice to be able to find files and dirs in the variable dropdown.

To do this, we'd have to get all files in the current working dir, and add them to the variable manager. We'd also have to decide how deep we want to go, with regards to dirs and nested dirs.
