Collapse Warnings By Default

When our code generates a warning, instead of displaying the entire thing, let's just display one line that says there is a warning with an expandable button to see the entire warning.

This is especially useful when code generates lots of warning messages. Ideally, we could catch all of these and add them as one expandable warning
