As it stands, there is no explicit licence on the code in the repository. Are we to assume BSD, either 3-clause, like Go's standard library, or 2-clause, like libucl? or some other licence?
Is it even considered freely licenced for any use?

Added initial variable support

This adds 3 methods to the Parser object: `RegisterVariable`, `SetFileVariables`
and `AddFileAndSetVariables` (which combines `AddFile` with `SetFileVariables`)

Unknown Variable Handler support to come

This gets us part way towards resolving issue mitchellh#5
