OpenMOC can't deal with the Hexagonal Lattices from geometry made by OpenMC. #471

Hello, yes, I also meet that problem and I found that there is not the hexagonal lattice description in the user guide.
So, is there any other solutions?
Hope the developer team could consider to add this new function.

Hello

There is no one working on adding this in the foreseeable future. If you want to add this functionality yourself, I can help you merge it into the code once it is ready, documented and tested.
Otherwise, you should look at using another code. OpenMC supports hex lattices.
