 This is a quick workaround to LP 295127 and LP 282793 in intrepid.

 libpar-perl and svk depend on libfile-temp-perl with specific
 versions, but in intrepid libfile-temp-perl is only a virtual
 package, provided by perl-modules, and therefore lacks a version.
 These two packages are therefore uninstallable.

 Both packages are fixed in jaunty.
