Chinese mainland doesn't use mikan plugin

Brief summary

I see that your code has a special mirror of the Chinese mainland mikan. tv, but it still doesn't work in Mainland China. Can you get two mikan plugins, a normal mikan.me and a Chinese mainland-accessed mikan.tv.Anyway, I want a mikan plugin that is also accessible on the mainland.
And I have to say, the first feedback question doesn't work, you click on it and it refreshes.
