Voor de burger is er een Online Toestemmings Voorziening die wordt aangeboden voor het registreren van toestemmingen. Hoewel de norm toelaat dat er meerdere OTV's kunnen komen, wordt nu ingezet op Mitz als enige online toestemmingsvoorziening voor de burger.
