Things we don't know enough about

• Is 'load more' a more/less effective navigation component than pagination?
• If using 'load more' should you display the number of items that will be displayed? For example Load 6 more
• Should you allow users to collapse the items again?

'Load more' is used in the 'Check Legal Aid product', however we don't know the history of this decision and how it has tested with users.
