Power Digi Cable does not connect digiline to machine below

Observed that Supply Converter with MV Digi Cable going into the top and HV Cable on the bottom, that digiline signal from MV Digi Cable (top input) is broken. When instead it is MV Cable into the top and HV Digi Cable on the bottom the digiline signal from HV Digi Cable (bottom output) is working. This seems to be a wider issue of Power Digi Cable not connecting digiline signal to the machine below it. Two different voltage Power Digi Cable one over the other do however connect digiline signals.
