Mikoto Contributor License Agreement

Definitions

"We" or "Us" refers to the entity that holds the legal rights to the Mikoto project, Which is currently CactusBlue.

License Grant

By contributing to the Mikoto project, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute your contributions and derivative works.

By contributing to the Mikoto project, you agree to the following:

  • You have the right to submit the contribution.
  • You understand that you have the right to grant us the rights to your contribution.
  • Your contribution is original and you own the intellectual property rights to it.
  • You grant us the rights to use your contribution.
  • You grant us the rights to relicense your contribution.
  • You understand that your contribution may be publicly displayed and distributed.
  • You understand that your contribution may be used to create derivative works.
