"railsgun-setup" need to check exist of wget.

Hello, Railsgun Developers

I'd like to report a issue of railsgun-setup.

I made a minimal Debian squeeze environment on virtual machine.

./railsgun-setup: line 134: wget: コマンドが見つかりません

That is why railsgun-setup could not make /opt/railsgun/public, I guess
I will intall wget and do ./railsgun-setup again.
