1. How do I set up the "progress fill" if I want to use the color from the data model?

Hi.

1. You can use data-style-background-color="<your_color_value>" on the <fill> element.
2. Not sure exactly what you mean here, the fill element is automatically positioned within its parent <progress> element.

1. It turns out that the <fill> can be written manually? I thought it was only automatically generated.

2. I mean the display layer of the <fill> element relative to <progress> (behind/in front). But I think it's impossible to move <fill> back, because <progress> is the parent.

1. Ah, of course, you're right, that probably won't work as the element is always automatically generated. It would be a nice improvement to allow <fill> to be set manually though. Otherwise, there's not really a way to directly change arbitrary RCSS rules with data bindings.
2. Yeah, the render order here is fixed by their tree order. One (untested) workaround, is to add another child of <progress> that is sized to its parent. Then you can place what you want to appear on top of the fill here.
