Hi Mike,
first of all - thanks for the article and code, really interesting approach!

This is a minor thing, but thought you might want to be aware - in the pdf version of the article link to this repo has no underscore, so copy-pasting it into the browser resulted in a 404 error.
Hopefully it won't stop anyone from googling the right link, but maybe it can be fixed. :)

Ah, that's true. It was a latex issue. Thanks for letting me know! I'll fix that and re-upload here and also on arxiv.org.

Do you think it will be possible to fix it in the Neuroimage version as well (that's how I got here)? Because if not, maybe changing the name of the repo would be a better solution.
