Grid Selection under appearance doesn't work

Describe the bug
I click grid and nothing happens just continues showing in list view

• Reproducable on a plain lovelace panel without card, style or theme mods
• Using latest version of spotcast and spotify-card-v2 [ ]
• Using latest stable version of Home Assistant
• I have Spotify Premium
• I have setup the Spotify integration in Home Assistant

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add Card
2. Click on Custom: Spotify Card-v2
3. Click on appearance
4. select grid

Expected behavior
Playlists are now displayed in a grid instead of a list

the UI doesnt work, same problem was with original integration (spotify-card).
Change the yaml directly and it will work, just not show in the UI setup.
