Support Digest authentication (HakanL)

In our project we would like to use WcfRestContrib, but we have decided to use Digest authentication. Do you have any word on that, or should we build it and supply a patch?

Seems like we have implemented Digest Authentication for WCF REST Contrib library. We integrated it in to NielsBohrLibrary code sample. It seems to work.
Since we spent only 3 hours on implementation then probably it is not the best way of integration with existing code, but let us know if you want it to consider as contribution to your product.
