Interesting, what I see in this issue after saving is different from what I see while editing.

Notepad++ tells me cmder_inst.nsi is UTF-8. This SO https://stackoverflow.com/questions/54733263/how-to-use-only-unicode-in-nsis indicates it might be as straightforward as resaving as UTF-8+BOM (?)
