Created _AreaHandler class that includes functionality of _QTHandler class and will set all monsters to a generic melee monster if possible.
Found and fixed a typo that prevented dictionary collection memory objects from being insantiated.

Removed all logging except for gem farm start up data.
Refactored the Active Effect Handler class to look for handler in last place found instead of starting from scratch for each memory read.
Created a Hew Handler to force single kill. Requires swapping changing Hew's formation slot or bench and unbenching them after setting single kill, so Carefully Balanced is recalculated with new base amount.

Omin Contractual Obligation handler has been updated to work with the new version.
Gem farm now checks if stuck on same level for over 60s.
Fixed some bugs with gem farm buying and opening chests not updating counters correctly and continously attempting to buy or open when it shouldn't.
