How can I make it work with fictx5?

I have use itb in ibus before, it's great. but somehow, ibus is very lazy when I input in zh_cn mode, so I switch to fcitx5, this one is much better, no lazy at all, I like it. But the problem is coming, I can't use itb again. so I wonder, is there some way to use this great work in fcitx?

In the long run, I want to try to support fcitx5 as well, but I have not investigated yet how difficult that would be.
I guess it is not easy and probably a lot of work. So don’t expect this in the near future.
But of course I already thought as well that this would be nice, I just didn’t yet have time to look into it.

Out of interest, which input method did you use for Chinese when using ibus and what exactly didn’t you like? Maybe that can be improved?
