Интегрировать менеджер задач от woo для управления задачами по отправке пингов.

При срабатывании триггеров НЕ отправлять пинги сразу, а создавать одноразовые асинхронные задачи.
В булкэдиторе не плодить сотни задач, а группировать задачи и отправлять группу.

Для IndexNow можно юзать urlList - https://www.indexnow.org/ru_ru/documentation
В бинг тоже есть urlList - https://www.bing.com/webmasters/url-submission-api
