Could this be applied to the page title, too?

Hi, could the config be updated to allow the translate directive to be applied to the page title in addition to the cms page content?

It was fairly easy to implement for bread crumbs and page title (content). I'm working on getting it to work on page title (head). I'll post here what I find out.

I turned out to be pretty easy for title as well. I don't know if @miguelbalparda wants this as PR or what. Anyhow I can just zip up my module if you want that @hartmut-ltd

I'm fine without being able to specify a module in title + breadcrumb, so as such the PR is complete.
