[MIG-171] Impl: Integrate with openshift console

Represents the work required to integrate MTC with the openshift console. This
may not even be implementation work required in the UI project per se, but is
more an overall integration task that will probably involve operator work.

See parent Jira story for more info. This implementation is blocked on the
investigation work determining what's actually possible, and a decision that
determines exactly which approach we want to take (assuming there are a few options).
