The link to Restful API test tutorials is wrong in the This README.md file in the milestone 3.

The link in the README.md file is: https://scotch.io/tutorials/test-a-node-restful-api-with-mocha-and-chai which always redirects to https://www.digitalocean.com/community

I have found out the correct link, Please kindly update the link in the README.md file to https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/test-a-node-restful-api-with-mocha-and-chai
