Office 365 online streamline

I am currently supporting an environment where all users access documents thru a onedrive shared folder online. Edit office docs with autosave then move on. My issue is with PDF's and other docs that require a download, edit, save then upload which is highly inefficient. My hard limitations with using either onedrive for business app to sync(data set is too large to sync, causes major issues). Sharepoint connected locally thru network location or shared drive has file path character limits and causes issues. Acrobat has their cloud options but have not found a solution with them. I am asking if the MS graph api is my bottleneck or am i missing something else i haven't thought of.

I'm not sure how this relates to Microsoft Graph Toolkit specifically.
This appears to be a general concern with respect to Microsoft Graph, or am I missing something here?
