Can't open some dump files. Say's permission denied

When debugging or loading debug related files that are in protected areas or folders, one should open the debugger with administrator privileges.

这是因为当前账户没有管理员权限，只要在属性安全选项卡中添加当前账户就行

无法打开某些转储文件。Say 的权限被拒绝
