Windbg won't open dump file?

So got BSOD with driver power failure, tried opeing Windbg to read dumpfile and got error The debugging session could not be started: Failure HR=0x80070002: Failed to OpenDumpFileWide
Any suggestions and or guidance on how to resolve BSOD would be right handy. Have tried reading Dump Files before and it points to AMD. so have reloaded software for any updates and laptop works for a while then gets hit with BSOD again?

Have same problem, but for me it says that i dont have enought rigts to open Minidump folder, but im run my profile as an admin, please help!

Copy your dump file to another location, change the ownership & permission details to be sure, and try again.
