Description of the new feature / enhancement

The WinGet PowerShell module is a great tool, but it does have one critical limitation—it uses generic PowerShell graphical elements instead of WinGet's. This means a major functionality of WinGet—the rainbow progress bar—is entirely inaccessible when using the app through cmdlets. If possible, this should be rectified.
