Custom path for WSL environment setup script.

According to https://code.visualstudio.com/docs/remote/wsl#_advanced-environment-setup-script, the setup script must be located at ~/.vscode-server/server-env-setup (Insiders: ~/.vscode-server-insiders/server-env-setup). It would make it easier to manage the setup script if we could specify where it should be found.

For example, I could locate it together with the configurations for the rest of my programs (for example, in ~/.config or XDG_CONFIG_HOME) and version control it together.
