No Files shown-Seems to not be finding any of my files

ADD ISSUE DESCRIPTION HERE
All of a sudden within my codespace explorer, none of my files seem to appear and any tabs I had left open all display "The editor could not be opened because the file was not found". Restarting has the codespace and PC has done nothing, rebuild and full rebuild has done nothing. No updates are available. On my File icon there is a blue timer looking icon that appears over the file icon that I don't remember really being present before, if that's any clue, seems to not want to pull any of my files from github or something. Also I don't know if it helps troubleshooting but all of my settings for themes ect for my codespace were wiped as well and its all "white out" looking.

This sounds like an issue with the Dev Containers extension, not the Docker extension. I will transfer the issue.
