OS: Windows 10
Build Version: 20241129.1
Regression: Not a Regression

Repro Steps:

  1. Create a "Cosmos DB for NoSQL" account.
  2. Create a database and a container for the above NoSQL account.
  3. Right click the container and execute "View Container Offer" action.
  4. Check whether the opened .json file is in read-only status or not.

Expect:
The opened .json file is in read-only status.

Actual:
The opened .json file is not in read-only status.

More Info:
Edit and save the opened .json file -> Close this file -> Execute "View Container Offer" action again, the opened .json file is not changed.
