[Suggestion] It would be better to remove the step of selecting the "Attached Database Accounts" option when executing "Detach" command from command palette

Repro steps:

1. Create a database account -> Attach it.
2. F1 -> Cosmos DB: Detach.
3. Check whether the attached database account displays directly in the list.

Actual:
Need to select the "Attached Database Accounts" option.

Suggestion:
It would be better to remove the step of selecting the "Attached Database Accounts" option when executing "Detach" command from command palette.

More Info:
The database accounts display directly when executing "Delete Account..." command from command palette, if only one subscription selected previously. We don't need to select the subscription again.
