Does this occur consistently? Yes or No
Repro steps:

  1. Connect to APIM instance via Azure API Management extension in VS Code
  2. On APIs element, right-click and select Import from OpenAPI link
  3. Provide any valid swagger endpoint

Action: azureApiManagement.importOpenApiByLink
Error type: Error
Error Message: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'length')
