aws-sdk-cpp

New version number

1.11.458

Other information that may be useful (release notes, etc...)

The latest version of aws-sdk-cpp on vcpkg is 1.11.428#0

It contains a bug that fails to upload large files if checksum is used.
For more information related to the bug, please check aws/aws-sdk-cpp#3132

It is fixed in release >1.11.445 Hence I am requesting a new version of aws-sdk-cpp library.
