kretprobe/tcp_v4_connect doesn't populate any of the packet structure fields before passing it to update_metrics_map

It also doesn't have a corresponding kprobe that would save relevant info in the map for the kretprobe to retrieve - are we actually using the TCP_CONNECT_BASIC drop reason?
