Running cpp-app template crashes

Hello all!

I'm able to successfully run old arch and get the example application.

However, if I init an app with the --template cpp-app to try new arch. I see the window pop up until right after the bundle loads it quits out. Sometimes I see the Welcome screen for a brief moment, others not really.

My event viewer for Windows logs reports the following

Do I have a problem with one of the prerequisites somewhere? I'm attempting repair my MS Visual C++ Redistributable now.

Ok I found my related issue here: #14394

I upgraded to [email protected] from .2 and it's working now
