I couldn't get EventId when I tried to trace the "Service Control Manager" .
Microsoft Message Analyzer (MMA) also has this problem.

Can someone explain why there is no eventid 7045 in mma? I am also facing the same problem and came across an issue on Github. Any help or insight would be appreciated. Thank you.
