Hi @manojdubey-KR, could you open the output window (via view -> output), and selecting "Azure Accounts" in the drop down, then going through the process of adding an account again and sharing the output?

Another thing you could try is to disable these settings:

Restart Azure Data Studio for changes to take effect, then go through the process of adding your Azure account. Make sure to enable those settings after going through the process of adding your Azure account.
