Mixed Multi Agent

I tried the multi agent design pattern provided by the user guide. Agents can be good to work together in a variety of ways to solve problems.
I want to know if Multi-agent can be implemented by combining multiple design patterns. As shown in the figure below. For example, using workflow agent and group chat agent in Handoffs agent

It is a classic example of using topics for isolation of communication.
