Description of the new feature / enhancement

Microsoft has this nice little tool called "Zoomit", if you could include this in PowerToys will be a great help. Like an all in one tool.

Scenario when this would be used?

Mostly for live demos, tutorials. Zoom the screen, draw arrows, rectangles, draw stuff while demoing a product, tutorials etc.

Yes please, this will be a beneficial tool and an excellent feature for PowerToys. It will also allow Microsoft to modernize "Zoomit" a bit instead of the old outdated zoomit app.
