ICON Global and EU Model Forecasts

Hello,

I was wondering if it would be possible to add the DWD ICON Global and EU NWP model forecasts to Planetary Computer? Its a relatively high resolution, public forecast, but there is no publicly available archive. At OCF, we've been archiving the runs on Hugging Face in zipped zarrs, but there is some limitations to that, primarily its fairly slow to read the zarrs from HF, and there is a 50GB file limit on the Hub, which we hit up against with the global forecast.

We have code already that gets the raw files, and converts to Zarr, and would be happy to add it or work with people to get it added to Planetary Computer. We think it would provide the community with another high quality open model, and give a history that would allow for ML model training and other uses.
