关系抽取DDI、DTI任务复现结果低于论文写的指标十多个点 #90

关系抽取DDI和DTI的复现指标分别为15.64和14.44，和论文结果相差较大。
而文本分类HoC和问答PubMedQA分别为85.31和78，和论文结果接近。
所有步骤都是按照readme上做的，而且关系抽取任务的错误是内容，格式正确，跑错代码的可能性低。请问这是怎么回事

你好，我想请教一下这个DDI和DTI是只能在BioGPT提供的数据集上面进行抽取嘛？
使用自己的数据继续relation extraction是不可以吗？
