Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Bot.AdaptiveExpressions.Core, Version=4.22.7.0'

I am trying to use the AdaptiveCard.Templating Nuget package, but receive the following error:

System.IO.FileLoadException: 'Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Bot.AdaptiveExpressions.Core, Version=4.22.7.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. A strongly-named assembly is required. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131044)'

I don't know too much about this subject, but after a bit of research, I think it is because the 4.22.7.0 version of the Microsoft.Bot.AdaptiveExpressions.Core dependency is not signed (there are newer versions which are).

Could the Nuget package be updated to use the latest version of Microsoft.Bot.AdaptiveExpressions.Core?
