Describe the bug
Accessibility:
A few PnP Modern Search issues were identified during the accessibility audit.
Axe DevTools informs of problems in the PnP Modern Search Results webpart: "ARIA input fields must have an accessible name" error in sort order dropdown.
Axe DevTools: axe Browser Extensions for Accessibility Testing | Deque
WCAG 2.1, 4.1.2

To Reproduce
Detailed steps to reproduce the behavior:
Configure search page you like with search box and results web parts. The sort order dropdown must be visible.
Execute a search that returns some results.
Execute the axe DevTools accessibility tool on the page.
The axe DevTools tool should find "ARIA input fields must have an accessible name" -error in the results web part and provide suggestions for fixing it.

Expected behavior
The axe DevTools should not find any technical errors in the web part.
