Zoom/reflow issues

Generally the home page/getting started pages flow nicely. However, at a certain zoom level (around 300%) the hamburger menu on the home page/getting started falls off the page, without any scroll. This should be made scrollable, and scroll automatically with keyboard navigation.

Also, the cookie banner is difficult to use - consider whether this can be improved everywhere as a separate task (e.g. falling back to a full-page modal?)

The data / testing pages are limited to about 200% zoom, which is below AA standard for Reflow.

This is what it looks like at 620px by 512px (= 1280x1024 @200%)

and at 320px by 256px (= 1280x1024 @400%)

We should:

• acknowledge this in our accessibility statement
• consider how to improve the adaptive layout to get the header / data graph out the way and split up the content
